A former council depot site had been purchased with the intention to maximise the number of houses on the site whilst ensuring a strong emphasis on sustainability was considered.

Following a successful pre-planning process a detailed planning application was put together to create 4 semi detached houses and one large executive detached house. The scheme benefits from high specification finishes and includes solar panels, rain water harvesting and geo thermal heating solutions. 

The sustainability driven scheme has raised the standard of housing in the local area and has created low running costs and is a prime example as how housing schemes for the future should be considered.
