King William Apartments


A former derelict and dilapidated public house had been purchased by the client with the intention to convert and make use of the historical building. The public house obtained planning permission to convert into 11 apartments (mixture of 1 and 2 bedroom) along with a small extension. 

The scheme will make great use of a building situated in the main town centre and will ensure the building creates a high-quality scheme. 

Phase 2 of the scheme will see the redevelopment of the rear car park into 6 townhouses.
