Lee Circle Block A and C

Major regeneration project in Leicester City Centre, which has helped to create a sense of place in a previously quiet part of the city.

This residential-led development of two separate buildings at Lee Circle created 6 to 7 floors and consisted of 100 apartments in total and commercial ground floor spaces.

The residential units define the proportions and volumes of each building and balconies frame spectacular panoramic views overlooking the city centre. The scheme reinvigorates and transforms this key point in the city centre and contributes to the ongoing regeneration of the Lee Circle area.
The modern design reflects the local vernacular and the scale of the buildings contributes positively to the local area.
