Phase 1 of this development has created a high-quality commercial space which has generated a lot of interest and provisions are now in place for Phase 2.

A new industrial unit scheme was delivered in Ashton Business Park which comprises of a 12,000 sq ft light industrial unit with integral offices, meeting rooms, staff facilities, parking provisions and services yards with level access loading doors.

DSA were appointed to prepare the initial feasibility before the preparation of the successful detailed planning package. Following the approval, a technical package was carried out for tender. The scheme was handed over in November 2021.
