Planning was successfully approved to change the use of a derelict manor house in to a banqueting facility in the heart of the Leicestershire countryside. The new development will also involve the creation of a new barn which will be used the main function space. The new facility will create 150 car parking spaces, landscaped gardens and facilities associated with the new banqueting facility.
