DSA was appointed to provide planning alterations, technical delivery and on-site services for a new build five to seven-storey
and a four to six-storey building in Coventry Road which will include 90 flats.
The proposal is the second phase of a broader scheme and comes after the first phase, the conversion of an office block into 126 apartments. The proposed scheme which involves high-quality apartments, involves a SFS construction solution with Kingspan.
