A modern extension creates significant floor area, leisure spaces and great views of the rear garden.

This project has involved the challenging re-development of a large detached property in the Conservation Area. Working with the client, we designed a substantial renovation that retained the front elevation and core walls, while completely overhauling the rest of the property.

The stunning redevelopment saw the introduction of a leisure complex with swimming pools and gyms and a new master bedroom which would create features views across the garden and the swimming pool.
