Phase 1 and 2 of a regeneration project in Crewe, creating over 170 units with strong transport links across the country.

Nantwich House, a former office building, obtained planning permission in 2017 to be converted into 20 Apart-hotel units. The high-quality finishes and specifications ensured the scheme was a success.

Rail House, a former office building in Crewe obtained planning permission to fully re-purpose the building by converting it into 150 apartments on all 13 floors. The scheme will create significant housing in the area and also be a catalyst for regeneration in the area.

The site, which is strategically placed with the HS2 line, will create a great location for commuters as well as locals.

The scheme is due to be on-site in 2022.
