The new 20,000 sq foot storage and distribution unit created a purpose-built solution allowing the company to expand and show its intent as one of the leading building merchants and suppliers of plastic within the East Midlands.

DSA are to have been involved with the planning, design and delivery of OBP’s HQ in Leicester. As one of the leading independent building merchants in the East Midlands, the new premises created much-needed space as part of the new 20,000 sq foot building. High-quality staff facilities, office spaces and trade counters provided the business with the opportunity to expand.

Externally there are service yards, delivery bays, finished despatch areas and significant external facilities to support the process operation. The handover was achieved within the budget and timescales agreed.
