Pre-fabricated eco-driven new build house with basement.

The replacement dwelling was significantly larger than the bungalow previously on site. The new build 7500 sq ft energy-efficient home was positioned to maximise solar gain. High levels of thermal protection and airtightness were built into the structure. Other sustainable features included.

The scheme benefits from a feature hallway, open plan living kitchen dining spaces, cinema rooms, bespoke games rooms and a variety of well proportion bedrooms including the feature vaulted first-floor landing. The use of high-quality materials and dynamic internal spaces added to the design. The large feature glazing allowed the scheme to benefit from spectacular views of the garden including a large rear first-floor terrace.
The house has been designed to a very high specification inside and out and the client could not be happier with what they have achieved.
