This project provides Leicester’s Culture Quarter with a vibrant new mixed-use development which caters for its thriving and affluent population.

A former manufacturing commercial unit and surface car park are set to be transformed into a high-quality mixed-use development within the culture quarter of Leicester and help with the regeneration of the area.

The proposed development will comprise 29 apartments and 3 artist workshops on the ground floor. The scheme when complete will enhance the creative industry within the area and integrate and connect to the local community. The development will make a positive and lasting contribution to the area and remain well connected with Leicester City Centre which is within easy reach.

The 6-storey contemporary building will be a great addition to the local area with its carefully selected palette of materials, facing brickwork, render, yellow cladding and dark aluminium window frames.
