This refurbishment of three large Victorian town houses, formally owned by Leicester University became surplus to requirement and had remained unused for a number of years. Uninn appointed DSA to carry out an initial assessment of the building and later planning permission to create student apartments and suites providing a total of 31 residential units.
The scheme also consists of a communal courtyard creating attractive external amenity space.
