Redevelopment of a prime location site into a contemporary mixed-use development.
The client required the development of a site, which included the demolition of an existing retail unit and to be replaced with mixed-use retail and 18 unit student accommodation scheme in close proximity to Leicester University.
The 400m2 retail unit scheme for a major supermarket chain is split over two floors and associated parking is also dedicated to the retail premises.
The modern design reflects the local vernacular, and the scale of the buildings contributes positively to the local area.
