Redevelopment of a former council depot site into a vibrant high-quality eco-housing scheme.

A former council depot site had been purchased with the intention to maximise the number of houses on the site whilst ensuring a strong emphasis on sustainability was considered.

Following a successful pre-planning process, a detailed planning application was put together to create 4 semi-detached houses. The scheme benefits from high specification finishes and includes solar panels, rainwater harvesting and geothermal heating solutions.

The sustainability-driven scheme has raised the standard of housing in the local area and has created low running costs and is a prime example as how housing schemes for the future should be considered.
